Tournaments and Social Events
There are several tournaments and social events held throughout the year.
This includes the regular Handicap Tournament and the Club Championships. The final stages of 2020 events were interrupted by the pandemic and will now be concluded over the next few weeks. (August, 2021) More details can be found here.
News of these tournaments and of our occasional social outings will appear here, as well as being communicated through other media.

Fun Tournament - Saturday, 28th December, 2019, 2pm
Liam Harvey emerges as champion!
The players slugged it out through the early rounds, prior to the play-offs for the all-important places. Matches were played on a floating handicap basis.

Bell’s will be closed after 23rd December until 3rd January and we know that some of you will be keen to work off some of the seasonal excesses before then, so this fun tournament will be held at the Red House Hotel in Coupar Angus, where there are good facilities.
Entry is open to all members at a cost of £5 per person. Prizes will be awarded! Spectators welcome!
Exact format to be determined when we have a clearer idea of numbers, but it will be on a handicap basis and each competitor will be guaranteed at least three short matches on the day.
We’ll be finished by about 4:30, depending on numbers, and we’ll most likely repair to the bar for a festive beverage afterwards. The restaurant is open throughout the day and they’ll be happy to receive any of us who want to make an evening of it!

Christmas Quiz - Wednesday, 18th December, 2019, 7:30pm
The quiz was held on 18th December, with results as follows:
- A creditable third place, with a score of 44.5 points - "The Blend"
- Close, but no cigar - second with a fine 46 points - "The Honorable Members"
- Winners - just ahead with 47 points - "The Awesome Feckers"
Well done all who took part!
This will be held in a private room in the Sandeman, on the corner of Kinnoull Street and Mill Street, in the centre of Perth. A fun Christmas Quiz (with a little squash knowledge thrown in), open to all members and their guests.
Either enter as a team or else just turn up and join others in a team. Cost only £2 per person – prizes for the winners!
